Are you energetic, resilient, and ready to earn on the move? We are looking for driven Sales Representatives to support wholesalers by selling tissue products using bicycles across Eastlands. You will be assigned to a specific estate, engaging customers, driving sales, and maximizing product movement within your area.

Job Responsibilities

• This role includes developing channel sales strategies, monitoring sales performance, and building relationships with new and existing clients.
• The successful candidate should have a solid understanding of sales strategies, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to foster relationships with customers.
• Ultimately, the Channel Sales Manager should drive sales growth and increase our company's market presence.

• Age: 21 – 30 years
• Gender: Male
• Must own a smartphone
• Must know how to ride a bicycle confidently
• Strong sales drive and resilience
• Ability to work independently within assigned territory

Area of Deployment

Each representative will be deployed to one estate within Eastlands, specifically: Umoja, Utawala, Syokimau, Athiriver, Kitengela, Buruburu, Kariobangi, Kayole, Komarocks

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Retainer: Ksh 10,000 – 15,000
• Commission: Ksh 30 per carton sold
• Contract Duration: 1 Year.
