Your Mission
You will take full ownership of bid qualification and strategic decision-making.
Your role is to:
- Evaluate all incoming tender opportunities
- Apply structured commercial judgement
- Make clear go / no-go decisions
- Ensure only high-quality, strategically aligned tenders move forward
You are not reviewing bids —
you are protecting the company’s time, resources, and win rate.
Key Responsibilities
? Strategic Bid Qualification
- Review and assess all tenders sourced by the Research team
- Evaluate:
- Eligibility and compliance requirements
- Technical feasibility
- Commercial viability and margin potential
- Delivery capability (sourcing + logistics alignment)
? Go / No-Go Decision Authority
- Make structured, data-driven decisions on:
- Which tenders to pursue
- Which opportunities to decline
- Maintain strict discipline to ensure focus on high-probability wins
? Commercial & Strategic Alignment
- Align all decisions with:
- Company capability
- Supplier strength and availability
- Market positioning
- Internal capacity and resources
? Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with:
- Head of Procurement & Tenders
- Tender Strategy & Research team
- Sourcing & Supplier Manager
- Pricing & Costing Analyst
- Logistics & Delivery teams
? Pipeline Quality Ownership
- Maintain a high-quality tender pipeline (Zoho CRM)
- Ensure only qualified, structured, and strategically aligned opportunities proceed to bid stage

- Maintain ≥70–80% high-quality, viable pipeline
- Reduce wasted effort on low-probability tenders
- Ensure fast and accurate decision turnaround

- Apply sound commercial judgement
Familiarity with:
- UN, NGO, or government tenders (preferred)
- Strong English communication skills
