Job Summary:

Heineken Beverages International is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Blender to manage the primary manufacturing of liquid intrinsics, ensuring sufficient cider and RTD bulk liquid for packaging. The successful candidate will ensure quality consistency, compliance with food safety standards, and efficient liquid conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out sensory evaluation of raw materials and processed water.
  • Carry out sensory analysis of converted liquid at various steps of manufacturing.
  • Convert raw materials into ready-to-package cider beverages in compliance with Standard Recipes, Quality Specifications, and Food Safety Standards.
  • Actualize blending calculators while ensuring input quantity and quality is accurately loaded into blends.
  • Review and monitor critical control points (CCPs)/Operational prerequisite programs (OPRPs).
  • Monitor and control liquid conversion efficiencies: Speed, cost, quality.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Food Science and Technology, Industrial Chemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or a related field.

Technical Competences:

  • Know-how of legal standards for the various product categories.
  • In-depth Primary Manufacturing knowledge and applicable Heineken standards.
  • Know-how of requirements of QMS and Food Safety Standards: ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000:2018.

Salary:

Competitive (commensurate with experience)
