JOB DETAILS:

Job Summary

The Bouncer/Security Officer will help maintain a safe and secure environment for guests, employees, and property while controlling access and responding appropriately to security incidents.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor entrances and exits.
• Verify guests' access where required.
• Maintain order and prevent disturbances.
• Monitor the premises for suspicious activities or security risks.
• Respond promptly and professionally to incidents.
• Assist with emergency procedures and evacuations.
• Prepare reports of security incidents.
• Coordinate with management and relevant authorities when necessary.
• Protect guests, staff, property, and company assets.

Qualifications & Skills

• Security training or relevant certification is an advantage.
• Previous security, bouncer, or hospitality security experience preferred.
• Good physical fitness and alertness.
• Excellent communication and conflict-management skills.
• Professionalism, discipline, integrity, and reliability.
• Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays where required.

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
