Bouncer / Security Officer
Job Summary
Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests, employees, and property.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor entrances and exits.
- Check and control access in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintain order within the premises.
- Respond appropriately to disturbances and security incidents.
- Monitor suspicious activities and report incidents.
- Conduct routine security checks.
- Support emergency response procedures.
- Protect company property and maintain professional conduct.
Requirements
- Previous security experience is preferred.
- Relevant security training is an advantage.
- Physically fit and alert.
- Good communication and conflict-management skills.
- Honest, disciplined, and professional.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: bachelor degree
