Managing crowds: Preventing overcrowding, directing lines, and maintaining order. Handling conflicts: Intervening in disputes, managing unruly patrons, and de-escalating aggressive situations. Ensuring safety: Patrolling the premises, ensuring fire exits are clear, and preventing prohibited items from entering. Ejecting patrons: Removing individuals who violate rules or become disruptive after warnings. Coordinating with law enforcement: Calling for police backup or emergency services when situations are beyond the scope of the bouncer's authority. Assisting customers: Helping intoxicated guests find safe transportation home or assisting with other needs, like a lost item or an injury.

Availability: The ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is necessary.
