Bouncers/Security

Job Summary

The Security/Bouncer team will help maintain a safe, secure, and orderly environment for customers, staff, and property.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor entrances and exits.
• Maintain order and respond appropriately to security concerns.
• Control access to restricted areas.
• Monitor customer and staff safety.
• Identify and report suspicious or unsafe activities.
• Assist with emergency situations in accordance with established procedures.
• Protect company property and equipment.
• Work closely with management and other staff to maintain venue security.

Requirements

• Previous security or bouncer experience is preferred.
• Good physical fitness and situational awareness.
• Strong communication and conflict-management skills.
• Professional, disciplined, and trustworthy.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
