Position Overview:
KCB Group is seeking a qualified and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Nanyuki Branch operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing branch activities and ensuring excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall branch operations and performance
- Lead and supervise branch staff
- Ensure excellent customer service delivery
- Implement branch strategies and targets
- Maintain compliance with banking regulations
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience in branch management or similar role
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent knowledge of banking operations and regulations
- Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills
