It has a team of highly qualified, experienced and dynamic staff who render personalized, efficient and professional insurance services. Our operations are on a specifically tailored computer system organized to render the most efficient service to customers. We pride ourselves on strong asset base and unique countrywide branch network ensuring top quality services to our clients.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, recruiting & managing a motivated sales team, and delivering exceptional service to our clients. This is a key leadership role with high visibility and impact on the company's top & bottom line.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed branch sales targets, with a strong focus on Non-Motor insurance products.
  • Recruit, train, and manage Unit Managers, Marketing Sales Executives, Independent Agents, Bancassurance Executives, Brokers and support staff to build a high-performance team.
  • Implement company strategies, marketing campaigns, and business development initiatives at branch level.
  • Drive customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field. A diploma in insurance (IIK, CII) is an added advantage.
  • At least 3 years of experience in branch operations.
  • Proven track record in meeting sales targets and leading teams.
