Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, including customer service, new customers acquisition, loan disbursements, collections, filing, pipelines and daily reports preparation.
  • Achieve branch targets in all KPIs, contributing to the overall growth of the organization by generating revenue.
  • Implement strategies to improve branch efficiency, resulting in reduced processing times and increased customer satisfaction.
  • Lead a team of BDOs and administrative staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance levels.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses and community organizations to promote the company& services.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies at the branch level
  • Collaborate with other branches and departments to share best practices and improve overall company performance.

Academic &Professional Qualification

Essential

  • Diploma

Desirable

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent.

Work Experience & Skills

  • 1 year in the same field (microfinance)
