The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, performance, and growth of the branch. The role involves driving business development, ensuring excellent customer service, managing and developing staff, maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and achieving branch profitability targets. The Branch Manager provides leadership to the branch team to ensure efficient service delivery and sustainable business growth.
