About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. The successful candidate will provide strong leadership, ensure operational excellence, and create an outstanding customer experience while developing and motivating a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the branch to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Lead, coach, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and promptly resolve customer concerns.
- Monitor sales, costs, inventory, and branch profitability.
- Implement and maintain company policies, operational procedures, and quality standards.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate staff performance.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is an advantage.
- Proven experience in restaurant, café, or Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and reporting.
