Role Summary:

The Branch Manager will drive branch growth by achieving sales, deposits, financing, product uptake, and profitability targets while expanding the branch portfolio. The role oversees branch operations, ensures compliance with banking policies, and leads a high-performance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development – Drives branch growth by achieving sales, deposits, financing, product uptake, and profitability targets while expanding the branch portfolio.
• Customer Relationship Management – Builds and maintains strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, including high-value clients, while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Branch Operations & Risk Management – Oversees branch operations while ensuring compliance with banking policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.
• People Leadership – Leads, coaches, and develops branch teams to drive high performance.
• Operational Excellence – Ensures efficient branch operations, service quality, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher Diploma (Master's Degree is an added advantage).
• Minimum four (4) years' experience in a Branch Manager or similar banking leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations, branch management, and customer relationship management.
• Experience in Islamic/Sharia-compliant banking is an added advantage.
• Previous banking experience within Nairobi CBD or Mombasa CBD, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
