Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field or any other related discipline

10 years progressive experience in a functional area, 5 years of which must be at a management level

(Auto-industry sales experience is desirable)

Demonstrated competence in profit and loss management to maximize the financial performance of the branch

Demonstrated understanding and application of effective selling strategies and techniques

Experience monitoring the marketplace to identify business opportunities and working productively with a wide range of people

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
