Background

Springboard Capital Ltd. is seeking a Branch Manager for its Thika Branch.

Responsibilities

Ensure recruitment of competent, motivated and productive staff.

Ensure that staff receive appropriate orientation to the Company.

Provide sound leadership, supervision and management of the staff through appropriate performance management, appraisals, training, mentoring and coaching.

Oversee the performance, training, mentoring and coaching of staff assigned.

Ensure compliance with approved budgets including prudent and timely spending.

Ensure timely reporting of performance and activities.

Ensure compliance to legislation, agreements with clients, highest standards of operational efficiency and quality of service to clients.

Study and define market needs in line with the strategic plans.

Develop and execute branch business plans and sales strategies for the different markets and ensure their achievement.

Ensure generation and growth of income streams.

Develop beneficial partnerships with relevant institutions and clients.

Identify new markets, products, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.

Oversee the sourcing, managing and implementation of business opportunities to facilitate growth.
