Mwananchi Credit Limited was incorporated as a private limited company under the Companies Act (Cap 486) of the Laws of Kenya. It initially started operations under the names Mwananchi Microlink Ltd which was incorporated on 15th April 2010. On 10th January 2012, it later changed its names to Mwananchi Credit Limited.
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Branch Managers. The successful candidates will be responsible for overseeing branch operations, managing staff, ensuring compliance, and driving growth through excellent customer service and strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities::
- Oversee daily branch operations and monitor staff performance
- Achieve sales targets and grow the branch’s customer base
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements
- Handle customer escalations and maintain high service quality standards
- Prepare, review, and submit branch financial reports
- Implement strategies to improve branch efficiency and profitability
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the branch team for optimal performances
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field(preferred)d
- Experience in a microfinance or financial institution
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong understanding of financial products and customer relationship management
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
