Background

Baron Capital Limited is a non-deposit Taking Lending Institution, registered in the republic of Kenya in the year 2016. We started our operations in January 2017 in Ongata Rongai. Our products include:- - Logbook Loans. - Title Deed Loans. - Asset Financing. - Loan Buy Off.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a quality loan portfolio to achieve branch loan growth targets.
  • Accept, counsel, analyze, and collect required documents to initiate the loan process.
  • Meet with customers to resolve issues or complaints, monitor feedback, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Actively market our loan products to individuals and firms, promoting services that match customer needs.
  • Liaise with other branch offices to ensure smooth operations and achievement of overall business goals.
  • Consistently meet and exceed set branch performance targets.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years working in a microfinance institution (non-deposit taking).
  • Strong understanding of Logbook Loans and Title Deed Loans.
  • Credit appraisal, portfolio management, collections, and customer relationship management.
