Our client, a Hospital is looking to fill the role of a Branch Supervisor
Are you a strategic leader with a passion for operational excellence in healthcare? We are seeking an experienced Branch Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative and clinical support operations of our branch.
You will be responsible for ensuring that our facility runs like clockwork, allowing our medical teams to focus on what they do best: providing world-class patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight: Streamline daily workflows across all non-clinical departments, including front desk, records, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Financial Management: Oversee the branch budget, manage procurement, and monitor revenue cycles to ensure the facility meets its financial targets.
- Patient Experience: Drive initiatives to reduce patient wait times and ensure the highest standards of service excellence at every touchpoint.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure the branch strictly adheres to healthcare regulations, health and safety standards, and hospital policies.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and evaluate administrative staff, fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth.
- Facility Management: Supervise the upkeep of the physical facility and ensure all medical equipment is maintained and serviced according to schedule.
Candidate Requirements
Experience: Minimum of [3+] years in an operations management role, preferably within the healthcare or hospitality sector.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Skills: * Strong understanding of Hospital Information Systems (HIS).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to handle crises calmly.
- Strong financial literacy and experience in budget management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to bridge communication between clinical and non-clinical teams.
Attributes: A "patient-first" mindset with a high level of integrity and attention to detail.
Must be available to start immediately.
