BRANCH TEAM LEADER
Magna Credit is recruiting Branch Team Leaders to oversee branch operations, drive loan collections, grow lending portfolios, and lead branch teams.
KEY DUTIES
- Achieve branch, collection targets, and manage delinquent accounts.
- Drive customer acquisition, loan disbursements, and branch growth.
- Supervise and coach Business Development Officers and branch staff.
- Prepare branch training and ensure compliance with company policies.
COMPETENCIES
- Results-oriented and accountable.
- Strong people management and customer service skills.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and target-driven.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in microfinance, banking, SACCOs, collections, digital lending, or field sales.
- Proven ability to meet collection and sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and reporting skills.
- Certificate of Good Conduct is an added advantage.
