  • We are seeking a proactive and analytical Brand Coordinator to support our brand-building initiatives and ensure successful execution of our go-to-market strategies across East Africa. Reporting to the Brand Manager, the incumbent will play a key role in monitoring brand performance, coordinating marketing activities and supporting the development of new product launches.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist the Brand Manager in analyzing market trends and launching new products.
  • Collaborate with country teams to prepare and implement business plans for new product launches.
  • Monitor performance of each territory against set objectives and report variances.
  • Prepare regular competitor activity reports for each market and recommend responses.
  • Coordinate execution of trade marketing and A&P plans across all territories.
  • Assist in preparing business reviews for suppliers, consolidating insights and results.
  • Identify opportunities for communication campaigns to drive sales growth and brand visibility.
  • Support field activities and promotions, ensuring consistent brand representation across touchpoints.
  • Employ data analytics tools to track campaign performance and optimize strategies. Track and report KPIs for brand performance and campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or an equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the FMCG sector.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and suppliers will be a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and marketing software tools.
  • Experience in healthcare operations will be a plus.
