Role Overview & Scope

The Brand Merchandiser will focus on point-of-sale execution, maximizing shelf space, maintaining eye-level product positioning, and ensuring optimal display setup across retail and Modern Trade stores.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shelf Management: Arrange, clean, and restock Sunveat products on supermarket and retail shelves according to planograms.
  • Stock Rotation: Practice FIFO (First-In, First-Out) stock principles to ensure fresh products and prevent shelf expiry.
  • Promotional Execution: Set up end-caps, promotional banners, stands, and point-of-sale marketing materials.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor shelf pricing, out-of-stock situations, and competitor display strategies, reporting findings daily.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of FMCG merchandising experience in Modern Trade and General Trade setups.
  • Core Skills: High attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, physical stamina, and visual merchandising aptitude.
