JOB DETAILS:
Business Analyst, Commercial Systems

Key responsibilities
• Learn and document internal stakeholder and partner business processes
• Lead collaboration between Finance, SalesOps, Legal and engineering teams
• Improve and automate established manual processes

We expect
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a relevant work experience
• Experience as a business analyst working with software engineering teams
• Excellent analytical skills and both verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to collaborate remotely with a diverse set of team members and stakeholders
• Highly motivated, productive, and organized in a fully remote environment
• Ability to travel to internationally for up to two weeks at a time, 2-4 times per year. Destinations have included New York, Seattle, London, Cape Town, Budapest, Berlin, Montreal, and Brussels

Nice to have
• Experience as a software engineer
• Experience with finance, sales, or e-commerce
