Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard strategic suppliers and brands
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms
• Develop supplier relationships to improve performance and competitiveness
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Monitor supplier performance and drive cost initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Experience in supplier sourcing, vendor development, or category support
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
• Analytical, proactive, and results-oriented
