Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire and onboard new vendors to expand the company's network.
  • Create engaging content to attract and recruit potential vendors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Assess and qualify vendor leads to identify business opportunities.
  • Monitor vendor performance and provide support to improve productivity and service delivery.
  • Track vendor activities and ensure compliance with company standards and expectations.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Commerce, or any other business-related course.
  • 1–2 years experience in sales and marketing.
  • Previous experience in business development, sales, or marketing will be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Computer literate.
  • Ready to start immediately.
