Key Responsibilities
- Acquire and onboard new vendors to expand the company's network.
- Create engaging content to attract and recruit potential vendors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Assess and qualify vendor leads to identify business opportunities.
- Monitor vendor performance and provide support to improve productivity and service delivery.
- Track vendor activities and ensure compliance with company standards and expectations.
Key Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Commerce, or any other business-related course.
- 1–2 years experience in sales and marketing.
- Previous experience in business development, sales, or marketing will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Computer literate.
- Ready to start immediately.
- Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
