                    We are looking for a strategic and client-focused Business Development Executive to spearhead our growth within the high-volume HORECA and Foodservice sector. This role is not just about sales; it's about becoming a trusted culinary consultant to chefs and F&B professionals, understanding their bulk needs, and integrating our snacks and spice solutions into their menu and operations. Success will be measured by securing long-term contracts and significantly expanding our penetration across major hotel chains, restaurant groups, and industrial catering services.
                 
                1. HORECA Account Acquisition & Management
                    Target and Onboard New Accounts: Proactively identify, approach, and secure high-value HORECA accounts, including regional/national restaurant chains, hotel groups, industrial caterers, and recreational facilities.
                    Consultative Selling: Engage with Executive Chefs, F&B Directors, and Procurement Managers to understand their unique seasoning, flavor, and snacks requirements.
                    Product Integration: Introduce and position our specific bulk spices, proprietary blends, and foodservice snack SKUs as solutions for consistency, cost efficiency, and menu development.
                    Relationship Nurturing: Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and maximum account retention through regular business reviews.
                    2. Commercial Strategy & Negotiation
                    Volume Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations for long-term supply agreements, pricing, credit terms, and service level agreements (SLAs) tailored for high-volume HORECA consumption.
                    Channel Strategy: Develop and execute the annual business plan for the HORECA channel, optimizing the product mix and pricing strategy to maximize profitability and market share.
                    3. Market Intelligence & Collaboration
                    Market Insights: Monitor key foodservice and culinary trends, competitor activity (product, pricing, and distribution), and regulatory changes to provide actionable insights to the R&D and Marketing teams.
                    Product Advocacy: Coordinate with the marketing team to develop HORECA-specific promotional materials, product samples, and educational resources (e.g., usage guides for spices/seasonings).
                    Operational Liaison: Collaborate closely with the Operations and Logistics teams to ensure reliable and on-time delivery of bulk orders, directly addressing any supply chain or quality control concerns.
                Communication: Highly professional presence with the ability to present compelling business cases to senior F&B decision-makers (both commercial and culinary).
                    Technical Skills: Proficient in using a CRM system for pipeline tracking and reporting, along with advanced proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs / Excel.
                Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of proven B2B sales or business development experience, specifically focused on the HORECA, Foodservice, or Institutional Catering channel.
                    Sales Acumen: Exceptional skills in contract negotiation, proposal development, and closing complex, high-value deals requiring multiple stakeholder approvals.
