Job Purpose

To grow the company’s insurance portfolio by developing and managing strong relationships with insurance brokers, driving premium growth, and expanding Pacis Insurance’s market presence through the broker channel.

• Identify, recruit, and manage insurance brokers to grow business volumes
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term broker relationships
• Promote Pacis Insurance products and solutions to broker partners
• Support brokers with quotations, negotiations, and policy placements
• Achieve assigned premium and revenue targets
• Monitor broker performance and provide regular feedback
• Prepare sales reports and market intelligence
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or related field
• Professional insurance qualification is an added advantage
• Proven experience in insurance sales or broker management
