Having started the program in 2019, Lead Compass is an education consultancy service that seeks to empower the parents’ and guardians in the decision-making process of children’s’ education pathway.
The Business Development Executive (BDE) is a key growth and customer engagement role responsible for expanding Lead Compass' client base while maintaining a strong focus on customer value, trust, and long-term relationships. This role supports the full customer journey by engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, recommending suitable solutions, coordinating service delivery, and ensuring an exceptional client experience from first contact to follow-up.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Business Development & Prospecting
- Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
- Study Abroad Coordination
- Independent Education Consultants (IEC) Coordination
- Business systems and tools updates
- Support the Managing Director and SEC in implementing business strategies and participating in operational planning.
- Assist in special projects or assignments as delegated.
EDUCATION:
- A bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- A diploma or certification in Customer Service is an added advantage.
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in business development, customer acquisition, or client relationship management.
- Experience working in a customer-facing role with high customer interaction and service coordination.
- Experience in education services, consultancy, schools, or stakeholder engagement is highly desirable.
- Study abroad advisory / admissions / placement support experience is a strong advantage.
