POSITION SUMMARY
You will have overall responsibility for achievement of footfalls & revenue targets for the Diagnostic Services, manage & implement business development activities across all schemes of Cash, Corporates, Insurances, Doctors & Facilities.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Growth:
Identify & pursue new business opportunities healthcare sector, including hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, & corporate clients.

Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients & recommend appropriate diagnostic services.

Sales and Marketing:
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals to prospective clients.

Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.

Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue generated.
QUALIFICATIONS: ACADEMIC & PROFESSIONAL
- Bachelor's or Diploma in Business related field
- At least three (3) years of progressive relevant experience in healthcare industry.
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Sharp business acumen, including the ability to assess risk
- Excellent sales, negotiation and public relation skills
- Good planning and organizational skills
