We are seeking high-caliber Business Development Executives to support our growth in the following regions: Kitui, Makueni, Machokos.

Job Summary

The role focuses on growing company revenue by acquiring new customers and expanding existing client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients
  • Manage and grow existing customer relationships through cross-selling
  • Track industry trends and competitor activity
  • Support new product development and rollout
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver business opportunities
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and needs
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Handle RFIs, RFQs, tenders, and pre-qualifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or Economics
  • At least 1 year experience in a Business Development role
  • Strong planning, analytical, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Confident in cold calling and client engagement
