Our client is a rapidly growing credit-only financial institution dedicated to providing flexible and customer-focused lending solutions. They are seeking ambitious and results-driven Business Development Executives to drive sales growth, on-board new clients, and expand the company’s market presence.
Responsibilities or duties
- Identify, engage, and onboard new clients for the company’s lending products.
- Market and promote logbook loans, asset finance, and related financial products.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business.
- Conduct client needs assessments and recommend suitable loan products.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the loan application and onboarding process.
- Conduct field visits, market mapping, and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Gather customer insights and share feedback with management to improve products and processes.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, applications, and sales activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Adhere to internal credit policies, compliance guidelines, and ethical sales practices.
Qualifications or requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven sales experience in microfinance, credit, insurance, or similar sectors is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong self-drive, confidence, and ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer focus.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and manage field activities effectively.
