Job Purpose

To recruit, train, and manage insurance agents while driving sales growth through the agency channel and expanding Pacis Insurance’s customer base.

  • Recruit and onboard new insurance agents
  • Train agents on Pacis Insurance products and sales processes
  • Support agents in client acquisition and retention
  • Monitor agent productivity and performance
  • Drive sales campaigns and field activations
  • Achieve assigned sales and premium targets
  • Build and maintain strong agent relationships
