We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Intern to support our marketing and client acquisition efforts. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about finance, marketing, and customer engagement, with a strong interest in building relationships and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients for loan products
- Promote financial services within assigned areas
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Generate quality leads for the sales/credit team
- Support field marketing campaigns and community outreach initiatives
- Conduct follow-ups with clients to support early-stage collections
- Apply effective strategies to minimize loan defaults
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field
- Keen interest in finance, marketing, or business development
