Role Purpose
Driving revenue growth by acquiring new local and international BPO clients and establishing a scalable sales engine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closing.
- Preparing proposals, pricing models, and RFP responses.
- Delivering client presentations and negotiating long-term contracts.
- Maintaining the CRM pipeline and coordinating with Operations for solution design.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in BPO or services sales.
- Proven international sales experience and understanding of BPO pricing/SLAs.
Skills:
Strong negotiation, financial acumen, and the ability to work independently in a start-up environment.
Compensation:
Competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions and performance bonuses.
