Role Overview
Our Client is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic client relationships, and closing solution-based sales in ICT and ELV systems. The role focuses on expanding market share through new customer acquisition and key account growth across corporate and project-based clients.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business development and achieve revenue growth targets
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities from lead generation to deal closure
- Identify and engage potential clients including corporates, developers, consultants, contractors, and institutions
- Negotiating contracts, presenting tailored ICT/ELV solutions to clients,
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders
- Conduct client meetings to understand requirements and develop tailored technical and commercial solutions
- Prepare and present proposals, bids, and tender responses to win contracts
- Manage and grow key accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and long-term relationship management
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure accurate solution design and successful delivery
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to identify new growth opportunities
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales revenue targets
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, IT, Business, or related field
- 2+ years’ experience in ICT, ELV, or technical solution sales / business development is highly advantageous
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Strong understanding of ELV systems (CCTV, access control, networking, structured cabling)
- Experience in solution selling, tenders, and B2B sales
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Technical certifications (Cisco, Fortinet, Hikvision, PMP) are an added advantage
