Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Conduct client meetings and solution presentations
- Close deals and consistently achieve revenue targets
Account Management
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships
- Upsell and cross-sell ICT solutions
- Ensure exceptional customer experience and follow-up
Sales Operations
- Prepare proposals and quotations
- Maintain CRM records and activity reports
- Provide market intelligence and competitor insights
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in ICT, Telecom, or B2B solution sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High emotional intelligence and client engagement ability
- Self-driven, disciplined, and performance-oriented
