JOB DETAILS:

Business Development Officer (Loan & collection officers)

Location: Nakuru & Western Regions

Employment Type: Full-time | Field-based

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive client acquisition and actively promote loan products
• Conduct credit appraisal and assess client eligibility
• Oversee loan disbursement processes efficiently and accurately
• Facilitate seamless onboarding of new clients
• Manage loan collections and maintain healthy portfolio performance
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma in a relevant field (Business, Finance, or related discipline)
• Minimum of 6 months’ experience in sales, credit, or collections is an added advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• High level of integrity and professionalism
