Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Officer to drive growth and expand our market presence in the insurance sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to the company's strategic expansion goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the insurance market
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
• Prepare and present business proposals to potential clients
• Achieve set business development targets and KPIs
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
• Progress in professional insurance certification (CII or IIK)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the insurance industry
• At least 1 year of experience in Business Development
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Excellent relationship management skills
