Responsibilities or duties

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement business growth plans to meet financial and patient volume targets.
• Enhance Brase Clinic visibility and access through targeted outreach initiatives.
• Engage stakeholders and build strong partnerships to promote Brase Clinic services.
• Establish relationships with insurance companies, schools, and corporate clients to secure medical retainers and contracts.
• Organize medical camps, health talks, and wellness programs to promote Brase Clinic services.
• Conduct regular research on competitor services and pricing to identify gaps in the local healthcare market.
• Organizing medical camps and performing outreach programs.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

• Diploma in Community Health, Marketing, Business Administration, or Healthcare Management.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare market, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
• Proficiency in Hospital Management Information Systems (HMIS) and CRM tools
• Possess a Valid Good Conduct Certificate.

Experience needed

• A minimum of 5 years hands on experience in a Hospital setting.
• Previous experience with the NGO or Community Based Hospitals will be an added advantage.
