Job descriptions & requirements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive sales of stackable crates and plastic packaging solutions

Identify and develop new business opportunities while growing existing customer accounts

Conduct customer visits, presentations, and follow-ups to close sales

Prepare and track sales targets and pipeline performance

Provide customer support and ensure timely resolution of issues

Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and opportunities

Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer requirements

Achieve assigned revenue, volume, and margin targets

Promote IML and stretch solutions where applicable

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field

Strong understanding of plastic packaging and industrial sales

Exposure to stackable crates / returnable packaging

Experience in IML and/or stretch products is an added advantage

EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in sales or business development within plastic packaging industry

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

Strong sales and negotiation skills

Customer relationship management

Commercial and market awareness

Strong communication and presentation skills

Result-oriented and target-driven mindset
