Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development & Executive Operations Manager to drive our corporate sales initiatives and oversee operational excellence. This role is crucial in expanding our reach and impact within the corporate sector.

Responsibilities

The Business Development & Executive Operations Manager will be responsible for:

  • Driving corporate sales across Kenya & East Africa.
  • Leading and managing the operations of the company.
  • Managing the network of 87+ counselling professionals.
  • Developing and implementing strategic business development plans.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients.
  • Ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of services.
  • Overseeing financial operations and budgeting.
  • Managing human resources and team performance.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, sales, or operations management.
  • Proven track record of driving corporate sales, preferably in the service industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in managing professional networks or teams.
  • Familiarity with the mental health and wellbeing sector is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Nairobi, Kenya, with opportunities for travel within East Africa.
