Data Strategy & Systems:

Oversee design and maintenance of BI dashboards for company data, support integration of the ERP into unified reporting tools, and take responsibility for data accuracy and consistency.

Analytics & Insights:

Conduct analysis, review data trends, forecasts and cost structures, develop systems for optimization and support donor reporting with impact metrics.

Stakeholder Support:

Manage agricultural production data, collaborate with various internal teams, and provide training on tools and interpretation for field and management use.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Agribusiness Management or a related field from a recognized institution.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in business intelligence, analysis or data related field preferably in agriculture or FMCGs.
  • Demonstrable proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tabeau or similar visualization tools; and
  • Demonstrable proficiency with large complex datasets and tangible experience with data management and data analysis tools.
