Responsibilities or duties

Full P&L accountability across five countries, owning revenue and gross profit targets

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of five Sales Executives across the region

Build and nurture strategic relationships with C-level executives at key enterprise accounts

Drive adoption of HPE’s compute, storage, and networking solutions across core verticals

Champion market development and customer engagement initiatives

Oversee pipeline management and ensure forecasting accuracy

Manage vendor relationships and align with key stakeholders

Travel across the region to support customers and empower your team

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

5+ years of experience in enterprise IT sales (servers, storage, networking)

3+ years of proven success in sales leadership and team management

Demonstrated ability to manage P&L and consistently exceed targets

Experience with enterprise infrastructure vendors (HPE, Dell, Cisco, Lenovo, etc.)

Strong executive presence with the ability to engage confidently with CIOs and IT Directors

Deep knowledge of the East Africa market is a significant advantage
