Nestlé Kenya Limited was established in 1967 and is wholly owned by the Nestlé Group.Nestlé Kenya plays a strategic role as part of the Nestlé Equatorial African Region. The Nairobi factory supplies products tothe local market, in addition to exporting to some EAC, COMESA and European markets.

Role Overview

Nestlé is looking for a Business Process Specialist to ensure efficient production administration, SAP data accuracy, stock management and adherence to GLOBE and T&P processes within the factory environment.

A Day in the Life of a Nestlé Business Process Specialist:

Process Order and Production Administration

  • Manage process orders and production system transactions.
  • Ensure accurate capture of downtime, output and material consumption.

SAP and Stock Management

  • Maintain SAP accuracy and stock integrity.
  • Perform stock reconciliations and variance analysis.

Training and Support

  • Train end users on SAP, GLOBE and process standards.
  • Support continuous improvement and process compliance.

What Will Make You Successful

  • NQF 5 / Diploma in Production Management, Supply Chain or related field
  • Experience with SAP and factory end-to-end processes.
  • Strong analytical, planning and communication skills.
  • Experience supporting production administration and stock management.
