Requirements:
The successful candidate will possess:
• Preferred 3 years of experience in a similar B&M role across EA countries
• Bachelor degree, preferably in Business Management
• Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced sales environment
• Proven track record of handling negotiations
• Strong selling and consulting skills
• Effective interpersonal and analytical abilities
• Strong oral, written communication & presentation skills
• Willingness to travel for work within the countries we operate in
• Must love working with people and cross-cultural teams

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Source and evaluate potential new suppliers prior to onboarding
• Act as the first point of contact for newly onboarded and existing suppliers
• Negotiate terms and conditions of supplier partnerships
• Monitor and manage all distribution agreement contracts, in coordination with Contracts Manager
• Managing Supplier Relations across EA.
• Manage Assortment (listing, delisting…) to ensure all customer needs are covered and KPIs are met.
• Track and monitor Assortment performance and take appropriate measures to ensure KPIs are met
• Schedule regular reports and meetings with internal and external stakeholders
• Actively monitor financial KPIs to ensure objectives are being met and revised regularly
• Proactively identify opportunities that will align supplier needs with the organizational goals
• Advise, train and mentor B&M team members.
