Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer calls, inquiries, and new orders.
  • Provide clear product information and usage guidance.
  • Manage and monitor assigned customer accounts with full accountability.

  • Coordinate with operations on dispatched orders and delivery follow-ups.

  • Adhere to call scripts, company procedures, and SLAs.

  • Ability to work under pressure with good problem-solving skills.
