• Monitor CCTV feeds and identify any suspicious activities.
• Respond to alarms and dispatch security personnel as needed.
• Maintain detailed logs of all activities and incidents.
• Operate and maintain CCTV equipment.
• Communicate effectively with security teams and management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CCTV controller.
• Proven experience in monitoring CCTV systems and responding to security incidents.
• Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
• Must have a valid security guard license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
