Our client in the milling industry for maize flour and animal feeds is seeking a dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead business growth, operational excellence, and profitability.

Develop and execute business strategy and growth plans Oversee production efficiency, quality, and cost control Manage financial performance and resource utilization Build and lead a high-performing management team Drive innovation, compliance, and stakeholder engagement

Leadership: The ability to guide and motivate the entire organization, including the senior management team. Strategic Planning: Developing and executing long- and short-term business strategies and setting the company's vision. Communication: Clearly conveying ideas, plans, and the company's vision to employees, stakeholders, and the public. Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Analyzing complex problems and making critical decisions under pressure to improve performance and growth. Financial Acumen: Overseeing the budget, understanding financial performance, and ensuring fiscal accountability. Interpersonal Skills: Building relationships with the board of directors, executives, and other stakeholders. Adaptability: Staying knowledgeable about industry changes and being flexible to navigate complex challenges.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agribusiness, or related field (MBA an advantage) 7 years’ leadership position with 3 years in milling/agribusiness/manufacturing. Strong strategic, operational, and financial management skills
