Our client in the cosmetics sales industry is seeking to recruit a Customer Service Executive to provide first-line customer support. The successful candidate will handle inbound phone calls, emails, live chat, WhatsApp, social media, and other customer interactions with professionalism, consistency, and excellence.

Proactively manage all customer interactions to ensure service level targets are met. Maintain strong product knowledge to effectively handle inquiries, resolve issues, and educate customers. Uphold excellent customer service standards and maintain proper telephone and communication etiquette. Respond promptly to customer inquiries received via WhatsApp, text messages, direct calls, or social media platforms. Accurately take and process customer orders across all communication channels. Maintain a daily sales pipeline of all new inquiries and completed purchases. Professionally handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.
Diploma or Degree in Business Management or a related field. At least 1 year of relevant experience in Customer Service or Call Centre operations.
