Our client, an e-commerce company, is seeking to recruit a
Customer Service Representative to act as the first point of contact for all customers, providing timely, professional, and solutions-oriented support across multiple channels.

Customer Support Communication Track and update customers on the status of their orders in real time. Handle customer complaints and delays with professionalism and empathy. Process and verify orders from online platforms and walk-in clients. Maintain up-to-date and accurate records.
Excellent communication skills in English and Swahili (spoken and written). Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software; experience with e-commerce platforms is an added advantage. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
Diploma or Degree in Business, Customer Service or a related field. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
