JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily cafe operations and coordinate floor and kitchen staff during shifts.
- Ensure excellent customer service delivery and handle customer feedback effectively.
- Manage staff schedules, supervise opening/closing routines, and maintain service quality controls.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage Management, or a related business field.
- Proven leadership capability with previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant or cafe setting.
